JG Ross is a second generation family business based within the North East of Scotland. Established in 1962 the company has grown significantly over the years. JG Ross produce products for both retail and wholesale customers. Geographically the company has shops from Stonehaven in the south to Elgin in the north. A wide selection of our products are also available in a number of retail supermarkets and stores including selected Tesco, Scottish Co-op, Somerfield, Costcutter and Asda. We currently employ around 400 staff throughout the North East of Scotland in 28 locations including our two production facilities, one based in Portsoy and the head office based at Highclere Business Park in Inverurie.

Throughout our shops, production areas and offices we are very fortunate to have many dedicated staff, including a team of 7 managers. We are also very proud to have 31 members of staff who have been with us for over 10 years, accumulating over 500 years service! With such enthusiastic people working for us we have been successful in achieving numerous awards and notable achievements.
